When surveys are conducted by our customers, feedbk.ai acts as a data processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The customer who creates the survey is the data controller for the collected data of survey participants.
Survey participants should contact the respective survey creator for data protection inquiries.
We ask you not to disclose special categories of personal data according to Art. 9 GDPR in surveys (e.g., health data, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs), unless this is expressly the subject of the survey.

After expiration, data will be automatically deleted unless legal retention obligations apply. Customers can request early deletion at any time.
