What is the typical process in a project?
1. Create the interview guide with questions (including videos etc.). 2. Define the AI follow-ups with the desired depth and goal. 3. Start the AI survey and send the link to your target audience. 4. Analysis with exportable transcripts and AI summaries in the backend.
How does the analysis of the interviews work?
Results can be analyzed graphically and in tables. Open-ended answers are automatically clustered by topic. In addition, representative participant quotes are identified – ideal for reports and presentations.
What about data protection?
As a European company, data protection is part of our DNA. For EU customers, all data is stored within the EU by default, and AI processing also takes place exclusively on European servers. For international projects, other locations (e.g. US servers) can be used on request.
Can we conduct a pilot first?

AI-moderated interviews are automated surveys where an AI takes on the role of the interviewer. Unlike traditional surveys, real dialogues are created – participants respond via text or voice, and the AI reacts in real time with appropriate follow-up questions.

Both. feedbk.ai supports text and voice on both sides of the conversation: participants can type or speak their answers, and the AI replies in writing or with a natural voice. Participants can switch freely during the interview.
